OUTDOOR PROGRAMS will accommodate any disability to the best of our ability. Let us know when you sign up for a trip or clinic and a representative will be in contact with you prior to the trip date.

Refund Policy

Cancellations seven (7) working days prior to an event or trip will receive a 90% refund or credit, a 10% administrative fee will be charged.

Cancellations less than seven (7) working days before the start of a trip or class will receive an 80% refund or credit, if the vacant position is filled. This may be waved in case of extenuating circumstances.*

Cancellations after the start of the class or event are not eligible to receive a refund or credit except in the case of extenuating circumstances*, in which case a partial refund or credit may be given.

Outdoor Programs Trips are subject to location change, due to weather conditions or other uncontrollable events. In such an instance, refunds will only be given if the entire trip is cancelled.

*For the purpose of this policy, extenuating circumstances are defined as unforeseeable and uncontrollable events as determined at the discretion of the Director of Recreation Programs or the Coordinator of Outdoor Programs. Medical reasons will need to be verified by a physician's note.
